I worked as a Software Engineer at Lavish Technology Pvt. Ltd., where I contributed to building scalable web-based systems focused on automation and digital marketing solutions. My work included developing an LLM-based SEO optimization system that analyzes and improves website content by providing AI-driven suggestions for keywords, structure, readability, and overall search engine performance. I also developed and maintained a WhatsApp messaging platform with features such as QR-based account linking, instance management, and bulk messaging capabilities, along with an SMS gateway system for reliable large-scale message delivery. In addition, I implemented drip campaign automation, enabling scheduled and behavior-based messaging workflows for marketing use cases like onboarding, follow-ups, reminders, and promotional sequences. These systems were built using technologies such as Django, Django REST Framework, Redis, WebSockets, Celery, and external APIs to ensure real-time processing, scalability, and efficient background task handling.

I worked as a Backend and DevOps Engineer at Redmug IT Solutions, where I focused on building and maintaining scalable backend systems and deployment pipelines for CMS-based applications. In this role, I designed and implemented CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, building, and deployment processes, ensuring faster and more reliable releases. I also worked on integrating AI agents into existing systems to enhance automation and intelligent decision-making within the platform. Additionally, I developed an OTP-based secure access system for medical reports, allowing users to safely retrieve sensitive health data through verified authentication. My responsibilities included working with backend technologies, server management, deployment workflows, and system optimization to ensure security, scalability, and high availability of services.

I also work as a Python and AI instructor at Supreme Academy, where I teach programming fundamentals, Python development, and core concepts of Artificial Intelligence. My focus is on helping students understand practical coding skills, problem-solving techniques, and real-world applications of AI. I guide learners through hands-on exercises, projects, and assignments to strengthen their understanding of topics such as data handling, machine learning basics, and automation using Python.
